Valentine's Day - A Real Holiday?

For those of you who stayed inside today, today is Valentines Day! Whoopee! Before I was married I referred to Valentines Day as "Singles Awareness Day" and really hated the day...mostly b/c i was always single on Valentine's Day. I also didn't like it b/c i thought it was a made up holiday that required me to spend more money. So...as far as Valentines Day goes, I'm not a big fan, does that mean I won't buy my wife a card...not if i value my life...

What do you think about Valentines Day? Is it a real Holiday?
